Busy weekend

We have had a busy weekend. We went to Tremonton because Jon had a clinic in Honeyville on Friday and we visited with old roomies, road motorcycles (well, the kids and g-pa) and then went to Logan where we did a triathlon with sisters and cousins and friends. We did 4 relay teams and there were only 7 teams so we all placed because Jon and Taylor were the only co-ed team. It was a lot of fun. Brit and I were a team and after I swam and biked I decided to just run with Brit anyway so I got to do it all and only pay to do 2. Jon swam and ran and we had a great time with everyone. Joelle and Randon played with G-pa and G-ma in Logan. then we headed to Idaho for a 10 year class reunion for Jon. We had a good time there and stayed with G-ma Atkin which was a delight.

Swimming, curious George, bedhead and painting in Tremonton

Joelle is constantly asking to go run through the sprinkers and she loves it. Today we actually went to the $2 days at the pool near by. We had a good time there.

Randon perferred to eat than swim. I was surprised because he always likes baths. He just likes to explore by himself and I held him too much.

Joelle didn't mind the snacks either.

I just thought her hair was so funny when she woke up.

I found him doing this the other morning. He is just so curious about everything. His nickname should be George.

Funny squish face.
Onnika (holli's little girl) pushing Randon in a doll stroller.

My parents have been remodeling thier kitchen and me, Taylor and Brittany (named as shown) and my mom glazed the living room with rags. It was a good time. My arm was pretty tired from blotting allll day. I even had dreams about it.

The Living Aquarium and such

Joelle helped me make cookies the other night - I have been having quite the sweet tooth lately- but she was being funny and would roll the dough and stop and eat some. It was really funny. But i guess that's what I do too.

Joelle and Mallory. this was a time when they weren't bickering and being best friends. They were watching Jungle Book.

My sissies and Mom came down last weekend and we played some cards with Gram and went to the Living Aquarium. The kids had a great time and we did too. Taylor stayed with us for the past few days and the kids have loved it. As well as I have. I've been able to go for a bike ride with Jon. She has been a great help. thanks Tay Tay. She's sitting right by me:)

Joelle with Weston and Onnika, they had a ball in the chair that goes up and down with a remote.

Below is us playing cards.

All the great grandkids minus Kaissa.

The group of us at the aquarium. We got to touch sting rays even.

The boat.
Lunch. Makenna (bottom right) was so tired she was falling asleep during lunch. Always funny to watch.

Picnic

The kids were going a little stir crazy so we ate lunch outside the other day. Randon loved not being in his high chair. And he loves eating his sandwich whole instead of broken up. He thinks he's so big. And notice my garden coming up in the second picture. I'm really excited about fresh vegatables this summer.
So I've decided to start my own speech business, having clients and going to their home or them coming to mine. I've got some cards out at some schools and an add on ksl but we'll see. Hopefully I get a few clients. The places I have been working have been slow and inconsistent. If anyone knows anyone who needs speech in the SLC area, let me know.
