Special edition of the Ensign

I have been reading the special edition of the Ensign for March. It is all about the Savior. It is such a good resource to have in the home and there are so many great articles in it. We used it Easter morning and looked at pictures with the kids. It has been so wonderful learning and having my testimony strengthened of my Savior. I'm so grateful to Him and all He has done for me. I know He lives. Everyone should read this magazine. You can go to this website SpecialMagazine.lds.org.

Easter Pics

Last week was Jon's spring break so I haven't been on the computer much. We all loved having Dad home for a while. Grandma Marsha also came to visit and we had fun with her and went to Joe and Ashley's house to play games with family. We had a great time playing music catch phrase. We had an easter egg hunt at my Grandma's and colored eggs. Joelle had a fun time finding the eggs, especially because they had candy in them.
Goodness, there isn't much new with us besides that we are looking for some people to rent upstairs. Anyone interested? It's a really nice place.
Thanks for all the lost addresses and new ones too. When I have some time I'll try doing a new background.

Joelle loving finding eggs.

Dad and Randon watching. Randon doesn't look like he's enjoying very much. He wants some candy too.

Frustrations

So I have been working on changing the background on our blog and I even saved the old one so I would have to worry about losing stuff. Well, that didn't work and I lost all my blog addresses (along with other things but those were easier to replace) so could you leave your address when you look at ours if you notice you're not on the side bar? That would be so helpful. And if anyone can tell me how to change the template from a third party without losing everything that would be great too.
Thanks guys

Update and funny clothes.

Joelle has returned and it is fun to see the sweet spirit she brings into our home. We missed it. She went into her room the other night and kept coming out with different things to wear. Her skirt, then tennis shoes, then a beanie. It was such a funny combo, I took a picture.

We got some clothes from a neighbor for Randon which is so nice and I put on some of the PJ's and they were a bit snug on him. He looked kind of like an old man with the waist coming up really high. It made me laugh. You can't really tell very well in the picture but he was cute.

We are excited for spring break next week and to have Jon home. I have a list of things for us/him to do. And Randon is having his circumcision on Monday. He didn't have it done after birth because he has hypospadious (sp). Which means his hole is at the base of the head instead of the tip and they might have to reroute it so they have to put him out for the process. He might be fine and they just do it normal but they wanted him to be a little older to see.

That is about all that is new for us. We are enjoying some warm days and going outside to play. We vacuumed cars and it was funny how excited Joelle got to go vacuum.

Daughterless!

So I picked up my Mom and sister from the airport yesterday and we were hanging out at my Grandma's house. They were getting ready to leave and suggested to take Joelle. It seemed like a joke at first because we didn't have any of her things and they wanted to go right then. I asked if she was serious and she (Mom) said they could do it, they had clothes and they could borrow diapers from across the street (my sister Holli) for night times. Anyway, it was so sudden and Joelle was so excited to go see aunt "Tay Tay", my little sister Taylor. So she is gone until Saturday. It will be nice to have a break and be able to get things done but I am missing her around. Her little singing while she's playing and primary songs on the stereo non-stop and her sweet little voice (usually) asking questions and saying, "I luz you, Mom." I think Randon is getting bored, I'm not as entertaining as Joelle. Although, I don't lay on top of him either :)
So I love and miss our daughter, but she is having fun with cousins and family. Thanks fam for taking care of her.

Some random pictures

The kids love riding on this toy and they both wanted to try. Looks like Randon isn't liking it too much.

I was playing hide and seed with Joelle one day and Randon and I hid here. She thought it was so fun and from then on hid there every time. They both liked it.

With my calling in the Primary I am over the boy scouts and they had a western blue and gold banquet so Joelle and I dressed up a little. She had a good time. Afterwards, she said, "Mom, that was fun." It was fun to spend time just the two of us.
